Going Native

This one's for all the Cascadians out there...

The Wild Boy is making leaps and bounds verbally, adding new words to his repertoire almost daily. Since we introduced him to juice and water, he's had to change his reference of all beverages as "cup" or "baba" into demanding specific beverages.

His word for Milk? Mook.

Woohoo!
It wasn't until college that I learned the word "Holstein." They were always Mook Cows to me.

I believe Mook is also the word for cheese and ice cream.

word verification: ooijt
definition: Yosemite Sam asking "Who is it?"

welcome Jennifer!

And we haven't even taken WB to the Mook yet. The Drama Queen's been, but that was before she was aware of non-mommy-related food items. Maybe a day trip is in order.
