On This Day in History

Well, not this day, because that would imply that I actually got his birthday right. But yesterday(?) in history, V was born. And what a wonderful day that was! Without him, a camping trip would never be a networking event. A phone conversation would never be a marathon. And a jar of nutella would only be a jar of nutella.



Happy (belated) Birthday, V! May we get it right next year.

I took DQ to the pet supply store today to pet adoptable cats. She told me again that she hopes I won't be allergic soon so that we can get a cat. Poor kid.

I wish...

When making a wish the other day, DQ whispers, "I wish, I wish, with all my heart, that Mommy won't be allergic to cats anymore."

Heartbreaking. K, I think I need to book some Claudio time in the near future.
