A Minor Setback
The writing has not been going well these last few days. And Friday's miserable attempt to accomplish anything failed. That might have been the impetus for a bit of an anxiety attack that I'm currently working through. Friday, I was miserable. Today, I'm slightly less miserable but still severely hampered in my work and my ability to cope with the world as a whole.
Silver lining: last night, my daughter asked me, "Mommy, are you a little sad?" "Yes, honey, I'm a little sad." "Come hold my hand, and it will make you less sad." It did.

I think the planets must be aligned badly or something. I, too, have just been a disaster lately, and I'm not the only one. : (
quinn, vacillating as i am between teasr and screaming, i empathize...
I have a co-worker with a personal astrologist who told her there were a lot of planets in conflict with one another at the moment but none of it is serious. We're supposed to start getting out of it on Friday. Sweet and fluffy Lord I hope she's right.
I can't wait until Friday, my date is tonight!
Had heart to heart with favorite prof today and feel a little better. still anxious and crazy, but hopefully coming down from that. best wishes (and a clintonian fist-point) to all who feel my pain.
